Airbus A320 Positions

Global Airways Lithuania is seeking experienced pilots to join our Airbus A320 fleet as Captains and First Officers. 

To streamline your transition to an EASA-regulated airline, we offer two options: a validation of your SACAA license or a customised training program to acquire the required EASA licenses.

Min Requirements – Direct Entry Captains
EASA / SACAA ATPL*
Valid Class 1 Medical
3,000 hours as PIC on aircraft heavier than 20T

* SACAA ATPL will be validated for up to 2 years.

First Officers
Current Qualification:RequirementsEASA A320 Type Rating
Full EASA CPL/ATPL500 hrs on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with a MTOM > 10 tons, or pax seating > 19 passengers.Full EASA A320 Type rating provided
All EASA ATPL Subjects achieved500 hrs on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with a MTOM > 10 tons, or pax seating > 19 passengers.Full EASA A320 Type rating provided, including EASA ATPL Licence Check
SACAA Licence Validation>1500 hrs. MPA as PIC or Copilot

Type rating can be provided.

Applicants must also be the holder of an ICAO/EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate and ELP level 4.

Global Airways Lithuania is an ACMI airline that operates worldwide. This position is NOT for Global Airways South Africa nor LIFT. Previous applicants to Global Airways South Africa are welcome to apply.

As an ACMI operator, our seasonal operations are primarily conducted in Northern Hemisphere countries such as Turkey, Greece, Armenia, Moldova, and Czechia, as well as South Africa in the Southern Hemisphere. Our typical rotations are 6-8 weeks on and 3-4 weeks off.
