The Company is seeking a Supervisor for the Stores.
In this position you’ll be responsible for the successful operations of the stores. You are to provide a professional, efficient, and effective service to all stakeholders within and outside of the company and to operate the company vehicles / equipment in a responsible and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the running of the Tool store.
- Make Sure all Calibrated items in the tool stores are up to date.
- Monitor all calibrated items i.e., test equipment / tooling in SAM, ensuring rotation as and when required.
- Manage staff assigned to Main and Tool stores with regards to leave, overtime etc.
- Attend all required meetings regarding aircraft that are in the hangar for checks.
- Monitor and control the movement of all spares removed for repair, paint, overhaul etc.
- Perform Repair orders and Dynamics transactions as and when required for spares movements.
- Assist in obtaining and Processing quotations that is required on the Computerised system.
- Assist with the issuing and receiving of tooling, spares, consumables etc. over the counter as and when required.
- Perform relevant inspections on all incoming goods / spares.
- Perform driving duties as and when required.
- Act in manager post from time to time when required.
- Assist with packing of Components / Tooling for fly away kits and or repairs.
- Make copies of all calibration certificates / traceability of components and tooling after carrying out inspections.
- File all relevant paperwork / documentation for traceability and archiving as per procedures.
- Log all shortages of consumable for reordering and processing as per procedures.
- Update computerised system after receiving inspections have been carried out.
- Monitor shift rosters of staff in the stores.
- Process all relevant overtime as and when required.
Requirements:
- 2 Years Logistical or Retail experience.
- Supervisory experience beneficial.
- Extensive Tooling knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, basic computer literacy (keyboarding, email, internet navigation).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in collaboration with others.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, ability to resolve difficult interactions.
- Ability to give feedback in a constructive manner.
- Strong sense of integrity and work ethic
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure.
- An awareness of Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- National Senior Certificate
- Intercultural competence.
- Valid driving license.
- South African citizen or be eligible to work in South Africa.
